ORDER | PAYMENT
$500 minimum for domestic opening orders; $350 reorder, with a minimum per-design quantity of 3, unless otherwise noted.
Deposit is required upon order for large orders or new accounts. Payment is required on the ship date. Please inquire for information on net terms.
Drop shipping can be accommodated on a case by case basis. Please inquire.
We accept credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex or Discover), checks, wire transfers, or Paypal.
There is a 4-6 week fulfillment lead time on all orders.
Orders ship upon full payment.
SHIPPING | TAXES
Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs. These will be added automatically to your payment. If for some reason the shipping costs vary greatly from the online quote, we will contact you before shipping. Domestic orders ship UPS, international orders ship DHL. Please let us know if you would prefer to use your shipping account.
For NY buyers, we will manually refund any tax that that's added automatically at checkout.
For international orders, duties, taxes, tariffs and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are billed to the recipient.
RETURNS | EXCHANGES
Upon receiving your order, please inspect your package for shipping damage. In the event of an item damaged in transit, please email us as soon as possible to obtain a replacement or credit within one week of receipt.
Please keep original packaging materials for potential UPS claims inspection until otherwise notified.
We do not offer refunds or ‘buy-backs’; returns are subject to an exchange or credit only, valid 6 months from issue date.
All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of goods. Insurance and careful packing are strongly suggested for all returned items.
Avandi will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping cost for returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with all accompanying materials and show no signs of use.
