If you are not*:
1. Please click here*, or contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of reception, stating the reason for the return.
2. We will send you a return label, please make sure you ship everything back within 30 days of shipping, in the original packaging and condition. You will be responsible for any loss in value.
3. Once we receive the package, we will process your refund within 2 weeks. Shipping costs both ways will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

We use UPS ground for all shipping within the United States. Once your order is ready to ship, the average transit times are 3-5 business days.
We use USPS to ship all international orders. Please select the shipping option that applies to your order. We are not responsible for any duties or customs taxes for orders shipping worldwide. Once your order is ready to ship, the average transit times are 6-10 business days.

Avandi will replace or repair any defects in material or workmanship under normal use free of charge (shipping excluded), for a period of one year.
After that period, or for damaged cause by the buyer, we can accommodate repairs at the buyer's cost.
